Worship Director, Part-Time Position
The worship director is a jubilant lead-worshiper who initiates, coordinates, and oversees the worship ministry as a part-time staff member for First Reformed Church of Fremont. We are an evangelistic-minded congregation, using blended worship/creativity through skits or video clips, artful design and flow of old/new songs, and heart-felt segues. We have a variety of worship praise teams. We regularly use drums, bass guitar, piano, violin, and the occasional use of brass and cello. The time commitments include weeknight practices, Sunday and special services, weekday review with the worship planning team, various planning times, and recruitment of volunteers. The right leader will help energize and build up our current worship services to accomplish our goals to grow spiritually and numerically.
